I am officially launching my new teen novel trilogy called The Everblood Trilogy. The trilogy is about a young woman named Sira who is a halfborn, a person with one human parent and one Fairan parent. The halfborns are the lowest caste in the Fairan social class system, second only to humans who dwell in the Outlands and are removed from the Fairan society. Sira's little sister died when she was three years old, and when the then Everqueen(The ruler of the Farian kingdom called The Realm) orders all humans out of the Relam so her mother leaves to go live in the Outlands. Her father is killed in the Borderwars, and so Sira is sent to an orphanage in the Greenwoods when she is 12 years old. In the orpanage Sira secretly learns to hunt and swordfight. But while she lives peacefully in the Grenwoods, darker eventsw take place in the capital city of Aillra. A new Everqueen takes the thrownm killing the previous one and murdering all nobles. The new Everqueen orders a massive genocide against the halfboprns and declares war with the human Outlands. The humans defend themselves and now starts a long war between the humans and Fairens. When Sira is taken to be executed, she flees and makes her way to the Outlands with a large group of refugees. She eventually reaches the Outlands and then quickly joins the army.She learns her mom died in an attack and in rage, then plans to make her way up to general in the Outland mil;itary.She climbs the ranks. She soon finds out that her sister is not dead and that her sister, Saphira, is her half sister and is secretly the Everqueen. Sira then launches a massive attack on the Realm city of Gylara and wins the city. She then sweeps through the realm, and takes over the capital city of Aillra and in an epic last duel fights her sister and loses, she is imprisoned and going to be executed but she escapes and her loyal friends whom she meets in the Outlands,Percy and Rylana help her escape, she escapes and then makes her way to the Outlands where she will try again to rid of her evil sister and save her people.
